WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer tracked shipping via Evri for UK and International orders - We aim to despatch your orders within 48 hours.

UK SHIPPING
UK Shipping is free on orders over £40. Orders under this amount will be charged £3.99.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is free for orders over the currency equivalent to £75. Depending on where in the world you are placing your order from, your delivery charge will vary. Orders will be split in to two categories regarding the weight of your order, which will also affect the delivery charge:

  • Orders weighing 250g or less.or
  • Orders weighing over 250g.

If your country is not on the shipping list, then please contact us and we will add it to the list!

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

You can monitor the status of your delivery by using the tracking number provided in your order dispatch email.

UNABLE TO DELIVER

If we are unable to deliver your Parcel to the Address, we will make two further attempts to deliver it (the “Further Attempts”). If we’re still unable to deliver your Parcel, we will return it to the sender’s address provided by you with the Parcel. Upon receiving the returned package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that refunds are not available; only re-delivery will be offered, and additional charges may apply.

Our return’s policy is as follows:

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The underwear must be unworn, in its original packaging, unopened, and not tampered with.

Unpackaged underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

In the case of discretionary returns, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only. We do not cover or refund return postage expenses. However, in certain cases such as refunds for faulty items, the postage cost may be refunded.

Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the item(s) immediately. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately. We will promptly rectify the issue.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dwnlowmenswear.com. In your email, please provide your name, order number, reason for the return, and any relevant pictures, if possible. 

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of delivery to us, providing there are no issues with the return. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

We'll email you once we've received and processed your return.

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up securely and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you retain your proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

PRE-ORDER REFUNDS

Until the customer receives the product and chooses to initiate a return, refunds for pre-orders will not be provided under any circumstances.
